User Research
Great user experience design requires understanding of customers. Our UX research methods are surveys, interviews with focus groups, then we perform usability testing through task analysis, emotional response testing, cognitive empathy, and more—to ensure that your digital project is tailor-made to your audience.
Personas
In user-centered design - A Persona is an imagined user who represent a user type that might use a site, brand, or product in a similar way. Marketers may use personas together with user segmentation, where the qualitative personas bring focus, create efficiency, and contribute to better decision- making.
User Flows
User flow is the path taken by a prototypical user on a website or app to complete a task. We follow this process to include all features and structural assumptions as rough sketches with the use of tools like Axure or pencil & paper. Detailing every information onto sketches and building a correct flow is critical before actual designing and this phase ensures the product has been broadly figured out.
Customer Journey Maps
The best way to visualize how a customer interacts with a digital product or brand is by mapping it. Our UI UX design create an outline and identify the core functionality of your product that requires additional attention to detail. We have everyone simultaneously iterating on user feedback.
Sitemaps
Sitemaps are a hierarchical diagram showing the structure of a website or application. They are used by User Experience Designers and Information Architects to define the taxonomy through the grouping of related content. They are an important step of the user-centered process as they ensure content is in places users would expect to find it. They can also be used as a reference point for wireframes, functional specifications, and content maps.
Wireframes
Wireframes are used at the beginning of the design phase to complete the user-centered Design process. We not only create wireframes on papers or iPad using apple pencil, but we are also often put together using software like Axure to provide an on-screen delivery. The advantage of wireframing is that it allows us to review the research and to brainstorm with the client in the form of b/w visual either on mobile or web browser.
Clickable Prototypes
We’re building clickable app prototypes and software for the last decade with a proper UX research using various tool like Axure, Adobe XD, Invision App etc. These tools allows — experiencing transitions, dropdowns, fades, dummy data and even animations as you go. It helped our clients to validate their business ideas for a 1/10 a software development cost. If you’d like to learn more how we can help you prototype and validate your app idea,
Gamification
Gamification is a technique where our UX designers insert gameplay elements in non-gaming settings like Leaderboards and badges, points systems, cash back so as to enhance user engagement, happiness and loyalty with a product or service. Our UX team define the tasks, objectives and players by knowing the user’s goals to make the gamification correct.
